Really great experience here. Daniel was always a great listener, was adaptive to my needs as they changed, very good at showing and explaining different exercises and generally was a teacher to me about how the body works. I made great improvements and feel I have the tools and know how to continue exercises on my own. Clean well equipped facility. Professional front desk staff. Highly recommend.

I have been in physical therapy for pain in my hips, neck, and shoulder. Daniel Brinker has been my therapist for treating all these pains. He was always upbeat, and very attentive to my description of the various symptoms I would bring up week to week. He had an answer for every issue: due to my arthritis, it seemed to move from one location to another day to day. Daniel kept the therapy interesting and to the point always. Now I am through therapy at the gym and on my own, Daniel has provided a good list of.exercises from home. Daniel is by far the best therapist I have had work on me.!!

I am very grateful for Longevity Physical Therapy and my therapist Dan Brunker. When I came to Dan for p.t., I had referral for 2 separate injuries. Dan was very proficient in recognizing and working on both my broken wrist and tendonitis in my ankle. He had a plan for both and effectively got me through some trying times. Longevity and Dan make the rehab fun and teach you what you need for self care to continue healing. I would not hesitate to contact them in the future if I ever am in need for physical therapy.

I am relatively new to Longevity…and am so happy I am there! Starting with Laura at the front desk…calm, always friendly and welcoming🌸I work with Cory…again c a l m and not pushing exercises on me to take home and fizzle out on…listening and evaluating what will help me the best and coordinating where I am right now to what i can handle and respond to. and guess what - i am actually doing at home what he has shown me. PT is a wonderful thing…of course the pts are knowledgable and trained…BUT having the innate gift of calmly connecting and “getting” the whole picture of where someone is: is key. my 75 yr old opinion..lol. it’s mindfulness. you can pretty much be successful without it - but what a difference when your practitioner has it.

There isn’t enough good things I can say about Longevity Physical Therapy. From the front office staff answering the phones and scheduling appointments to the physical therapist helping you in the treatment room - it’s first class service and consideration. I have the pleasure of working with Joey and if you can get an appointment with him consider yourself lucky! He is so smart and knowledgeable, super encouraging and simply the best! His treatment plans are challenging but customized daily to how you’re feeling. He is the best of the best!

I cannot recommend Longevity Physical Therapy in Carlsbad highly enough! Four weeks after my total reverse shoulder replacement, I walked into their office feeling pretty discouraged and limited. From day one, the entire team made me feel welcome, confident, and truly cared for. After just 7 weeks of therapy, I have regained nearly full range of motion—my surgical shoulder is almost identical to my “good” one! The pain is minimal and my strength is returning faster than I ever imagined possible. A huge thank-you to my therapist, Dan Brunker (also Kevin who filled in when Dan was away). Dan’s expertise, patience, and personalized approach were outstanding. He knew exactly how to challenge me without ever pushing too hard, and his encouragement kept me motivated every single session. Joey has been the biggest help to me in my wrist and elbow surgery recovery! After being in a cast for 2 months I had extremely limited range of motion, and after working with Joey I have gained it all back. He’s been able to create such a great plan for me over the span of my recovery starting with getting range of motion back to strengthening so I am able to return to sports. Choosing Longevity for physical therapy was the best decision!

After a painful and debilitating shoulder injury, I was most fortunate to work with Joey Becher PT, DPT, for the past 14 months. I avoided surgery, am no longer in any pain, and can actually consider swimming laps once again. As an athlete and forward thinking Physical Therapist, Joey brings to the table a depth of knowledge and training along with his dedication both personally and professionally. He not only understands the progression and healing timeline of a traumatic injury, but is creative and knowledgable in different movements and therapies, with the ultimate goal of achieving normal daily activity and mobility. PT experience could not be better. From the first email with the intake information, Longevity has been very professional and prepared. Joey Becher, my PT is excellent! He takes the time to explain the exercise and how it works the body. He is enthusiastic when I do it right and instructive if I need to improve execution. The office staff are friendly and efficient and are helpful sorting out the billing and scheduling. Excellent exerience for me and hoping I will be back to 100% soon!

I had an excellent experience working with Dan at the La Costa location. He took the time to really listen, clearly explain what was happening with my shoulder, and design exercises that truly helped. I honestly thought my shoulder might never feel “normal” again, but Dan's programming expertise and encouragement made a huge difference in my recovery success. The front desk team is also fantastic—friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
